you don't have a repeater in your area DMR maybe one of the most
inexpensive digital modes to get involved in. You need a DV4mini or
OpenSpot or some other kind of device that will work on the DMR network
and a radio. A solid $99 radio is a Tytera MD-380. It works well in
Digital and Analog. There are many choices but DMR offers good audio and
mor interesting features.
